Mace are redefining the boundaries of ambition championing the way with Mothers Into Work .
A fabulous turn out at our employability event including many mothers from the Ukrainian community at 21 Bloomsbury Project.
The employability talk and site visit was headed by Neda Haghshenas and Marelize De Rocco – MCIOB. We had an incredible talented pool of nearly 30 women attend from our local community groups to find out about careers at Mace and to learn about the fabulous opportunities to acquire work experience opportunities with our work experience opportunity with Mace.
Each mother who attended talked about her career aspirations and challenges. We aim to support our mothers in overcoming these barriers to employment.
Our confidence building workshops will follow including careers information and mapping career opportunities. Mace and mothers into work are absolutely championing the way forward, inspiring and nurturing new talent.
